Chitarrista noto per la sua attenzione alla ricerca musicale, si distingue per un repertorio che spazia da Johann Sebastian Bach alla musica contemporanea.
Svolge attività concertistica in Italia e all’estero, con programmi che accostano il repertorio storico alla letteratura chitarristica del Novecento e contemporanea.
Nel 2016 pubblica il suo primo album, Catalunya, dedicato a musiche di Jaume Pahissa, Gaspar Cassadó, Miguel Llobet e Manuel de Falla. Il disco, registrato con una chitarra del 1925 del liutaio Antonio Emilio Pascual Viudes incordata in budello, è oggetto di una puntata monografica della trasmissione “Ritratti” di Radio Classica, ideata e condotta da Luca Ciammarughi.
Nel 2017 è con Carles Trepat nei concerti per il bicentenario della nascita di Antonio de Torres e collabora con Marco Tullio Giordana alla colonna sonora del film Due soldati.
Nel 2018 pubblica per Continuo Records Bach & Tárrega: Preludes and Dances; nel 2019 esce Time Regained: Early Works for Solo Guitar, disco monografico dedicato a Mario Castelnuovo-Tedesco.
Per il teatro, nel 2020, interpretando musiche di Hans Werner Henze, è al fianco di Alessio Boni e Michela Cescon in Fuga a tre voci, scritto e diretto da Marco Tullio Giordana e basato sulla corrispondenza tra il compositore e la poetessa Ingeborg Bachmann.
Nel 2021 pubblica per Martinville As from far away, con musiche di Henze, Tōru Takemitsu e John Dowland. Nel 2022 esce (in)complete preludes, incisione integrale dei ventiquattro Preludi per chitarra di Manuel Ponce pubblicata da Extended Place; per la stessa etichetta esce nel 2024 Tōru Takemitsu | Songbook.

In 2016 he released his first album, Catalunya, featuring works by Jaume Pahissa, Gaspar Cassadó, Miguel Llobet and Manuel de Falla. The recording, made on a 1925 guitar by the luthier Antonio Emilio Pascual Viudes strung with gut strings, was the subject of a monographic episode of the programme “Ritratti” on Radio Classica, conceived and hosted by Luca Ciammarughi.
In 2017 he appeared alongside Carles Trepat in concerts marking the bicentenary of the birth of Antonio de Torres and collaborated with Marco Tullio Giordana on the soundtrack of the film Due soldati.
In 2018 he released Bach & Tárrega: Preludes and Dances for Continuo Records; in 2019 followed Time Regained: Early Works for Solo Guitar, a monographic album devoted to Mario Castelnuovo-Tedesco.
For the theatre, in 2020, performing music by Hans Werner Henze, he appeared alongside Alessio Boni and Michela Cescon in Fuga a tre voci, written and directed by Marco Tullio Giordana and based on the correspondence between the composer and the poet Ingeborg Bachmann.
In 2021 he released As from far away for Martinville, featuring works by Henze, Tōru Takemitsu and John Dowland. In 2022 he released (in)complete preludes, the complete recording of Manuel Ponce’s Twenty-Four Preludes for guitar, published by Extended Place; for the same label, Tōru Takemitsu | Songbook was released in 2024.
